Within the structure, 19 flats are available for purchase in the CondHotel formula, an innovative proposal in Italy that combines the advantages of purchasing a private property with the services and management of a hotel. A CondHotel, in fact, is a residential complex in which the flats are privately owned but managed as a unit by the hotel operator. The owners can, in fact, decide if they wish to make a profit from their accommodation by renting it out on a short-term basis. The hotel management will take care of all operational aspects, allowing the owners to enjoy maximum comfort without having to worry about day-to-day management.
